There are currently two consumer credit cards and three commercial cards offered through Home Depot and Citibank. Some common attributes that all the cards share are; no annual fee, check and pay your
bill online, and zero dollars owed on unauthorized charges. Both of the consumer cards also give you exclusive coupons and price reductions during the year for being a member. Each card has it’s own unique benefits and features. All of these cards are issued by Citibank.

The Home Depot Consumer

The Home Depot Rewards MasterCard
This card has been discontinued as of 2-01-2010. If you haven't spent your reward points as of 1-31-2010; you will lose your remaining points. If you wish to contact their customer service you can reach them at 1-877-969-9030.

The commercial cards include Revolving charge, Commercial Account, and Business Rewards MasterCard. These cards also have some features in common; track orders, itemized billing statements, cards for employees. Track orders allows you to know what purchases your cardholders make.

Response: I would contact each card's customer service number and they will take you through the process. They might try and give you a bonus to keep you as cardholders.

Comment: I called your service number this morning because I did not receive a statement and did not know that my due date was the 23rd of each month. I made an online payment and paid with my other bills, yesterday. You can see that I made two payments in the month of December because I did not know when the bill was due. This morning I changed the date to the fifth of each month. I would appreciate it if you would forego the $39.99 late charge.
