Beverly says,
I am EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service I have received on this card lately. I received a call on friday stating my balance to be in the 60 dollar range. And that this was the entire balance. I received a statement today stating it was 73.45. So someone needs to take care of this situation please. I feel that I should not have to pay the difference since it was clearly someone's mistake when I asked the balance.

Following heart felt greeting; I would like you to give me some suggestions for my new credit card issuance. Currently I do not have any credit card history established yet. I applied two times (i.e. one on online and the second on filling up the form), none of them accepted my request. The reason they gave me is because I do not have an established credit card yet. I tried to start to establish a credit score, but I am not able to get into it. Having the above information, I hope you are going to solve my problem and make my dream come true.

I have not ever applied for a card at your store but have received correspondence that indicated someone tried or did open one in my name.

    Disney rewards Visa card
  • Disney Rewards Visa Review
The Disney Rewards Visa credit card has a great introductory APR offer of 0% for the first 12 months, but be careful because you still have to make the minimum payment each month or it will jeopardize your APR offer.

This card uses a points system, so you will earn 1% cash back on all purchases, or a point for every $100. You will also receive 0% APR for six months on all qualifying vacation packages, any time throughout the year. As an added bonus, just for having this card and mentioning this offer in the right places in the theme park, you can get all sorts of discounts in stores, tours, and restaurants; and you can get free stroller rentals and exclusive entry into the meet and greet events. You can redeem your reward points for many things, including hotels, theme park tickets, and pretty much anything in the Disney stores. The nice thing about redeeming your points is that there are no block-out dates; you can use them anytime. If you upgrade to the Visa Platinum card you will get extra benefits like baggage delay coverage, travel accident insurance, zero liability coverage, and emergency card replacement. Another great thing about applying for this card is that if you get approved and make a purchase, you will receive a $15 Disney gift card, but if you want to apply over the phone make sure you check the Disney website first, you might have to use a code to get this special offer.

Overall, I think this is a very good card. It has a pretty low APR for a rewards card, and while 1% cash back isn’t very high, all the features combined make this card phenomenal. I really can’t see anything wrong with this card, other than the typical small print that all credit cards have. I would highly recommend this credit card, especially if you have small children, what child doesn’t love Disney.
